UK Postage:
Items that are in stock are typically posted next working day by first class post. If an item is not in stock it will be obtained as soon as possible, and will typically be posted within a week. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Whilst every effort is made to deliver your order ASAP, please allow 28 days for delivery.

Overseas Postage:
Items that are in stock are typically shipped next working day by airmail. If an item is not in stock it will be obtained as soon as possible, and will typically be shipped within a week. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Airmail typically takes 7 days to arrive from the shipping date but may take longer depending on your local delivery service. Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges that may occur.

Return policy:

Defective / damaged items

If you are unfortunate enough to recieve an item damaged please use the contact us form to inform us of the damage. Please retain the item & packaging and await further instructions. Where defective / damaged items are returned you will be reimbursed your return postage costs. Please do not return items without contacting us for an RMA number first.

Unwanted items

Under the distance selling rules you may return an unwanted item within 7 days of reciept for a refund. Please note that postage for unwanted items is not refundable, you must return the item at your own cost. Please contact us for an RMA number before returning. Items must be returned as originally supplied, with a similar quality of packaging. Where possible obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office. Refunds will be made by the same method that you used to make the original purchase. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Items that do not fit

Postage will charged to exchange items where you have specified the wrong size. For example Volkswagen T25 gear knobs are available in 12mm and 14mm thread. If you measure incorrectly and order 12mm when you need 14mm a charge will apply to exchange it.

Some items can initially appear to be the wrong size. For example, BMW mini. Please read and follow any supplied instructions. If you still cannot make an item fit please contact us before returning it.

General terms:
There will be times, when circumstances beyond our control affect delivery, so we cannot guarantee delivery times once your item has left us, we will however keep you informed. The customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges if your order is returned to us undelivered through your own fault.
